Receive free ground shipping when you spend over $150.00 (before taxes & 50 lbs or less, no coupon code needed) on qualifying orders within normal delivery areas (doesn't apply to rural areas) in Canada.
If you are purchasing a large quantity of heavy items, i.e., gallons of products and/or a large quantity of microfiber towels, the free shipping promo ($150.00) may not apply; as the shipping rates are weight-based. Please contact us first.

Shipping
We only ship to Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan via multiple partner carriers such as, UPS, Purolator, and Loomis Express. When you choose Canada Post at checkout (if you spend $150 or less), we may use a different carrier to better serve you.
Products are usually shipped within 24 hrs with a tracking number. During peak seasons, products may be shipped within 48 hrs. Orders received after 12 noon will ship the next business day.
Packages will require a signature when delivered to your address.
If you use PayPal, we'll deliver to confirmed address only.
We don't ship to P.O. Boxes.
We ship packages Monday through Friday. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. And you will be notified via email once the item(s) has shipped.
Bulk/Wholesale Shipping
If you are buying a large quantity of microfiber towels, gallon jugs, heavy items, i.e. 50 lbs+, local pick-up is preferred. If that is not possible, contact us first and we'll provide the best shipping quote.
Coupons & Discount Codes
Coupon & Discount codes do not apply to on sale, clearance, kits, wholesale and/or items sold in bulk, and Rupes. Offer not valid on previous purchases. Offer may not be combined with other promotions (coupons are non stackable). Limit one coupon per customer, per order. Coupons valid on in-store and online purchases unless stated for online or in-store purchase only.
Discount code - e.g., 10% - applies to each individual item not the total amount. I.e., it doesn't apply to shipping & handling, and sales tax.
