Return Policy

#1. Xpel Ultimate clear bra/Paint Protection Film (PPF) kits and rolls are non-refundable. If there's any defects in the film, please contact Parasol Canada at 514.977.3424.

#2. You may return a new, unused, and unopened item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping). We'll also pay the return shipping cost if, the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

#3. If you need to return an item - other than Xpel film - please contact us first to see if we can help. If you choose to email us enter RE: Returns in the subject line. This way we will respond quicker than normal with a resolution.

#4. Once the return has been approved by us, follow the following instructions:

1. Log into our store, then go to My Account (if you checked out as a guest, you'll need to create an account first).

2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.

3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

• Quantity to return
• Return reason
• Return action optional
• Comments optional

4. Click Submit Return Request.

#5. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
